答案是否定的。并不是越多越好，也不是越高越好。原因如下：截至7月30日收盤，翅片管主力合約價格收于每噸3633元，成交驟降近20萬手至 141.2萬手。市場人士稱，銀行信貸緊張、負(fù)債率高企令翅片管業(yè)負(fù)重難行，期市翅片管成交量快速萎縮，預(yù)計資金面影響仍將壓制期價反彈。

對1米長的管子而言，設(shè)增加翅片以后的總傳熱面積為A，未增加翅片時的光管面積為A0,則A/A0 即為面積擴(kuò)大的倍數(shù)，稱為“翅化比”。選用多大的翅化比合適，要由應(yīng)用條件和優(yōu)化設(shè)計確定。一般，在能源工程上應(yīng)用的翅片管，其翅化比在 5---12 之間，而在空調(diào)，空冷行業(yè)，其翅化比在15—22 之間。

1.當(dāng)翅片管的傳熱面積增加一倍時，其換熱系數(shù)并不能增加一倍，而是要打一個折扣，一般為（0.9---0.7），而且翅片越高，此折扣值越大，甚至降到（0.5）以下。這說明，翅片越高，翅片效率就越低，增加翅片的經(jīng)濟(jì)性就下降了。
