在設(shè)計(jì)圖紙中一般采用公稱(chēng)直徑來(lái)表示,公稱(chēng)直徑是為了設(shè)計(jì)制造和維修的方便人為地規(guī)定的一種標(biāo)準(zhǔn),也較公稱(chēng)通徑,是方管(或者管件)的規(guī)格名稱(chēng)。方管的公稱(chēng)直徑和其內(nèi)徑、外徑都不相等,例如:公稱(chēng)直徑為100MM的無(wú)縫方管郵102*5、108*5等好幾種,108為方管的外徑,5表示方管的壁厚,因此,該方管的內(nèi)徑為(108*5-5)=98MM,但是它不完全等于方管外徑減兩倍壁厚之差,也可以說(shuō),公稱(chēng)直徑是接近于內(nèi)徑,但是又不等于內(nèi)徑的一種方管直徑的規(guī)格名稱(chēng),在設(shè)計(jì)圖紙中所以要用公稱(chēng)直徑,目的是為了根據(jù)公稱(chēng)直徑可以確定方管、管件、閥門(mén)、法蘭、墊片等結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸與連接尺寸,公稱(chēng)直徑采用符號(hào)DN表示,如果在設(shè)計(jì)圖紙中采用外徑表示,也應(yīng)該作出管道規(guī)格對(duì)照表,表明某種管道的公稱(chēng)直徑,壁厚。 Nominal diameter is generally used in design drawings to express, nominal diameter is for the convenience of design, manufacture and maintenance of an artificial standard, but also more nominal diameter, pipe (or fittings) specification name.
