從方管粗糙口上可觀察到淬火后的顯微組織過(guò)熱情況。但i 要確切判斷其過(guò)熱的程度,必須觀察顯微組織。如果GCrl5鋼的淬火組織中出現(xiàn)粗針狀馬氏體,則為淬火過(guò)熱組織。形成原因可是淬火加熱溫度過(guò)高或加熱保溫時(shí)間太長(zhǎng)造成的全面過(guò)熱;也可肖巨是因原始組織帶狀碳化物嚴(yán)重,在兩帶之間的低碳區(qū)形成局部馬氏體針狀粗大,造成的局部過(guò)熱。過(guò)熱組織中殘留奧氏體增多,尺寸穩(wěn)定性下降。由于淬火組織過(guò)熱,鋼的晶體粗大·會(huì)導(dǎo)致方管的核J 性下降·抗沖擊性能降低,方管的壽命也降低。過(guò)熱嚴(yán)重甚至?xí)斐纱慊鹆鸭y。

方管在熱處理時(shí),存在有熱應(yīng)力和組織應(yīng)力,這種內(nèi)應(yīng)力能相互疊加或部分抵消,是復(fù)雜多變的,因?yàn)樗茈S著加熱溫度、加熱速度、冷卻方式、冷卻速度、零件形狀和大小、裝爐的方式的變化而變化,故其熱處理變形是難免的。認(rèn)識(shí)和掌握它的變化規(guī)律可以使軸承零件的變形(如合金管的橢圓、尺寸脹大等)置于可控的范圍,有利于生產(chǎn)的正常進(jìn)行。當(dāng)然在熱處理過(guò)程中的機(jī)械碰撞也會(huì)使零件產(chǎn)生變形,但這種變形是可以通過(guò)改進(jìn)操作等來(lái)加以減少和避免的。
