成本方面，本周宏觀面消息持續(xù)，限產(chǎn)限電停爐等環(huán)保政策仍時有發(fā)布，而同時山東、安徽等地督查開展也在進行中；周內(nèi)期貨盤面走勢震蕩趨勢加重，現(xiàn)貨交投熱度 逐步回歸低位，原料方坯受軋線等復(fù)產(chǎn)短時需求尚可延續(xù)支撐成材價格，管廠商操作周后期基本進入高位觀望期。截至目前，坯料部分出廠價格3900元；唐山瑞 豐355mm系列帶鋼出廠報價4150；唐山友發(fā)新國標(biāo)產(chǎn)4寸(3.75mm)焊管報4350元，較上周累計上調(diào)50元。
