鍋爐的熱力計算是鍋爐性能設(shè)計的重要內(nèi)容。熱力計算的準(zhǔn)確性即受熱面的數(shù)量是保證余熱鍋爐出力、參數(shù)、熱效率及成本的根本。不同型式的螺旋翅片管:如螺旋翅片、H形或碟形翅片等?雖然已在常規(guī)電站鍋爐、循環(huán)流化床鍋爐和冶金、化工、建材等行業(yè)的余熱鍋爐中也有著廣闊的應(yīng)用。但是,在其設(shè)計過程中?主要采用國外引進(jìn)或前蘇聯(lián)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計算方法,并借助設(shè)計人員的長期設(shè)計經(jīng)驗或?qū)τ谝欢ńY(jié)構(gòu)的翅片管束的;囼灲Y(jié)果。目前,國內(nèi)尚無成熟、規(guī)范的各種翅片管束標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計算方法。
