預(yù)計短期本地管廠方管價格仍將延續(xù)震蕩盤整格局

本周(10.22-10.26)，無錫方管、鍍鋅管市場價格窄幅震蕩，整體成交量較上周所差無幾。周初，隨著上周末原料成本端的震蕩回調(diào)，加之管 廠整體出貨表現(xiàn)平平，本地主流管廠方管價格小幅下調(diào)。從市場上了解到，隨著成本端價格的頻繁波動，市場中觀望情緒濃厚，商家補貨操作較為謹慎。周中至周后 期，隨著原料價格的小幅上調(diào)，本地方管、鍍鋅管市場價格也隨之窄幅波動。

原料方面，本周唐山鋼坯價格震蕩走高，唐山帶鋼報價穩(wěn)中小漲，小窄帶價格波動頻頻，而實際成交仍不順暢。據(jù)了解，目前下游市場也以穩(wěn)為主，成交情 況時好時壞，經(jīng)銷商已經(jīng)適應(yīng)了當下市場，庫存仍維持前期水平。此外，本周華北帶鋼會議召開，會議最終達成共識：確定華北地區(qū)10月帶鋼結(jié)算價 格：355mm以下規(guī)格為4120元(噸價，下同)，356-420mm執(zhí)行4130元,421-500mm執(zhí)行4130-4160元；以及11月份帶鋼 訂貨指導(dǎo)價格：窄帶4300元，中寬帶以上4300元，承兌加90元，以上均為現(xiàn)金含稅價。本輪結(jié)算價格略高于方管市場預(yù)期，管廠利潤微��；不過指導(dǎo)價格 基本符合市場預(yù)期。截至10月26日，唐山市場普碳150?50鋼坯現(xiàn)金含稅出廠主流報價為4000元(噸價，下同)，比上周同期下跌30元。

管廠方面：本周本地管廠方管價格跟隨原材料價格窄幅震蕩。據(jù)了解，目前方管終端需求明顯收緊，管廠出貨并不理想，不過由于近期管廠的方管現(xiàn)貨庫存 仍維持在低位，尤其是鍍鋅管資源較為緊缺，對市場仍有一定的支撐作用。華北帶鋼會議結(jié)算出臺以后，管廠普遍認為方管出廠價格有繼續(xù)上調(diào)的必要。但盡管本地 鍍鋅管出貨情況較好，方管成交仍不見明顯的放量，價格推漲仍顯乏力。后期看來，隨著成本端價格逐漸趨于平穩(wěn)，本地方管市場價格將進入箱體震蕩，價格上下均 難有明顯突破。預(yù)計短期本地管廠方管價格仍將延續(xù)震蕩盤整格局。
