鋼制高頻焊翅片管散熱器生產(chǎn)工藝流程:1、材質(zhì):鋼管厚度為2.5mm。強度高,延2性好,沖壓后無裂紋,增加了材料本身的抗腐蝕能力。減少了鋼材的氧化腐蝕,從材質(zhì)上保證了散熱器的壽命。 2、焊接方式:我公司采用全自動氬弧焊接工藝,單面焊接,雙面成型,焊縫均勻光滑,無夾渣、無焊餾,焊接質(zhì)量高,優(yōu)于其他廠家手工焊接或電阻焊接造成的焊接缺陷。 Steel high frequency welding finned tube radiator production process: 1, material: steel pipe thickness is 2.5mm.
